Furniture Co. Must Pay Overtime To Drivers: NJ Court

Law360, New York (March 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Furniture company Raymour and Flanigan Furniture cannot use a labor code clause that exempts “trucking industry employers” from paying overtime wages to avoid paying them to its own delivery drivers, a state court has affirmed.
