Blue Cross Says Antitrust Suit Lacks Market Descriptions

Law360, New York (March 7, 2017, 2:19 PM EST) -- Several Blue Cross Blue Shield units on Monday urged an Alabama federal judge to dismiss some class action antitrust claims brought by health care providers in a multidistrict litigation accusing the insurer of anti-competitive behavior, saying the providers haven’t described the affected markets.
