Navy Moves To Dismiss ESA Suit

Law360, New York (March 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Navy, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the National Marine Fisheries Service and several public officials have filed a motion to dismiss several parts of a suit alleging that explosives training sessions by the Navy in Washington's Puget Sound run afoul of federal environmental laws and harm endangered species.
