NJ Pipe Supplier Mired In Superfund Scandal

Law360, New York (March 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A New Jersey industrial pipe supply company and its co-owner have pled guilty to participating in a fraud conspiracy that involved paying illegal kickbacks in exchange for being awarded contracts to clean up two Superfund sites.

Middlesex, N.J.-based National Industrial Supply LLC and its co-owner, Victor Boski, entered the pleas in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey related to their activities at Federal Creosote, located in Manville, N.J., and Diamond Alkali, located in Newark, N.J.
