Grace Can Seek Cleanup Costs From Zotos: 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (March 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that bankrupt W.R. Grace & Co. may be entitled under the Superfund law to recoup from Zotos International Inc. some of the $1.7 million Grace spent on voluntarily cleaning up a New York landfill.
