Ex-CEO Sues Tropicana For Indemnity In Bias Suit

Law360, New York (March 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Embroiled in an age discrimination lawsuit by former casino employees, the former CEO of Atlantic City's Tropicana Casino and Resort has filed suit against the company to protect himself from damages should the discrimination claims succeed.

On Wednesday, William J. Yung III filed the third-party complaint against Adamar of New Jersey Inc., which does business as Tropicana Casino and Resort, claiming Adamar participated in the decision to terminate the employees and is liable for any potential damages imposed on Yung.
