Texas Files Suit At 5th Circ. Over Yucca Mountain Inaction

Law360, New York (March 15, 2017, 1:42 PM EDT) -- The state of Texas on Tuesday sued several federal agencies in the Fifth Circuit over the federal government's failure to complete the licensing process for a nuclear waste storage repository at Yucca Mountain, Nevada, saying it has violated the Nuclear Waste Policy Act.
