FTC Can't Dodge Ruling On Litigation Authority, Watson Says

Law360, Fort Wayne (March 17, 2017, 5:50 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Federal Trade Commission's attempt to do away with a suit challenging its authority to bring litigation in federal court is based on a misreading of the facts and should be disregarded, Watson Laboratories Inc. told a Pennsylvania federal court Thursday.
