Attorney Smacks Duane Morris With Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (March 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- An attorney has accused Duane Morris LLP of firing her after she rebuffed the sexual advances of a female co-worker and then complained about it, in a suit filed Wednesday in Houston.

In the complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Taryn Williams alleges sexual harassment by an employee and retaliatory firing in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
