High Court Won't Hear Menendez Corruption Charges Appeal

Law360, New York (March 20, 2017, 11:30 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday dealt a blow to U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., when the justices refused to review a Third Circuit decision upholding his corruption charges based on an inquiry into the senator's motives to determine whether legislative acts are constitutionally protected.
