New Dominion Forum Shopping Over Oil Contracts: BP

Law360, New York (March 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Accusing plaintiff New Dominion LLC of forum shopping, defendant BP Oil Supply Co. has asked that a case over interest in multimillion-dollar oil contracts be dismissed on the grounds that New Dominion filed allegedly identical claims in an adversary proceeding pending in the bankruptcy of oil distributor SemCrude LP.
