Federal Court Revives College Sex Discrimination Suit

Law360 (August 23, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court brought a sex discrimination lawsuit filed by a former college athletic director back to life on Monday when it reinstated parts of Atkinson v. Lafayette, citing a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that expanded protections of gender-equity law.
