Katten Launches Insurance Capital Markets Group

Law360, New York (March 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP has established a cross-disciplinary insurance capital markets practice to focus on transactions at the intersection of the insurance business with domestic and international capital markets.

The new practice group will advise clients on the structuring and execution transactions that encompass both insurance and capital markets components.
