Trump Signs Order Targeting Obama's Climate Legacy

Law360, New York (March 28, 2017, 2:30 PM EDT) -- President Donald Trump signed a sweeping executive order on Tuesday that directed the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to start rolling back the Clean Power Plan, lifted the Obama administration's moratorium on coal leasing on federal lands and told the Department of the Interior to consider rescinding its rule regulating hydraulic fracturing on public and tribal lands.
