Pa. Appeals Court Won't Revive Liquisolid Licensing Row

Law360, New York (April 4, 2017, 5:48 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania appeals court on Monday refused to revive a pharmaceutical company’s lawsuit to void a patent licensing agreement with the creators of liquisolid technology, upholding a lower court’s dismissal of the case on the grounds that the pact was valid despite a separate challenge to the patents’ ownership.
