Former Enron Prosecutor To Lead Qwest CEO Case

Law360 (August 23, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- One of four attorneys on the legal team prosecuting former Enron Corp. executives has been named lead prosecutor in the insider-trading case against Joseph Nacchio, the former chief executive officer of Qwest Communications International Inc.

Cliff Stricklin, 42, fourth-chaired the trial behind Sean Berkowitz, John Hueston and Kathy Reummler as part of the Enron Task Force.
