Class Of US Airways Pilots Certified In Union Spat

Law360 (March 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has certified a class of former America West Airlines Inc. pilots in a suit they brought against their union for allegedly failing to represent them fairly when West Airlines was acquired by US Airways Inc. and the two airlines merged their seniority lists.
