Deals Rumor Mill: Rockwell Collins, Stada, Blackstone

By Benjamin Horney (April 5, 2017, 5:11 PM EDT) -- Aerospace company Rockwell Collins Inc. will receive unconditional approval from the European Commission for its blockbuster multibillion-dollar acquisition of B/E Aerospace Inc., Reuters reported on Wednesday. According to the report, the European Union's antitrust watchdog will make public its decision within the next couple of weeks, and the deal is expected to close in a matter of months. The deal, announced in October, sees Rockwell Collins paying $6.4 billion in cash and assuming $1.9 billion in debt to acquire the airplane interior fixtures manufacturer....
