Antitrust Suits Against Compressor Makers Pile Up

Law360 (March 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- At least 10 antitrust suits have been lodged against Whirlpool SA, Panasonic Corp. of North America, Tecumseh Products Co. and numerous other companies since late February over an alleged conspiracy to fix prices for compressors, including two new putative class action complaints filed Tuesday.
