Del. Court Admits Mistake In $11M AT&T Options Case

Law360 (March 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- AT&T Corp. will have to pay approximately $11.3 million to cover the costs of stock options held by former executives and directors of MediaOne Corp. after the Delaware Supreme Court on Tuesday said that it had made a mistake in remanding the case back to a lower court to resolve evidentiary questions.
