USCIS Hits H-1B Visa Cap For Upcoming Fiscal Year

Law360, New York (April 7, 2017, 10:30 PM EDT) -- U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services reached the H-1B visa cap for the upcoming fiscal year, the agency announced Friday, although it’s not yet clear how many of the skilled worker petitions poured in this time around.
