$397M Judgment Entered In Rambus, Hynix Case

Law360, New York (March 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has signed off on a final judgment ordering Hynix Semiconductor Inc. to pay Rambus Inc. $397 million in damages as well as royalties in a long-running semiconductor patent suit, a ruling Hynix has signaled it will appeal.
