BAPCPA To Blame For Circuit City's Demise: Experts

Law360, New York (March 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As Congress looks for answers regarding the death of Circuit City Stores Inc. and others, some bankruptcy experts are laying blame at the feet of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention & Consumer Protection Act of 2005 for why the electronics giant was unable to survive Chapter 11.
