Citing War Perils, Aero Sues For Coverage Of Engines

Law360, New York (March 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Aviation repair company Aero Technologies LLC has sued insurance broker Lockton Cos. International Ltd. and Lloyd's of London for allegedly failing to cover a loss of nine engines leased to Mexican airline Aero California, which were confiscated when the airline was shut down by Mexican officials over unpaid debt and labor issues.
