EchoStar Hit With More Bad News

Law360 (August 24, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Still reeling from the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to enforce an injunction, EchoStar Communications Corp. has been slapped with another patent infringement suit over its digital satellite television products and processes.

TransVideo Inc. filed suit against Echostar on Tuesday in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, accusing the satellite television company of violating its patented digital technology.
