Feds Back Md. Bid To Rush Purple Line Review Ruling

Law360, New York (April 13, 2017, 8:58 PM EDT) -- The federal government on Thursday backed Maryland's recent request to have the D.C. federal court quickly resolve a lawsuit alleging officials rammed through the $5.6 billion Purple Line rail project without doing a thorough enough environmental review.
