Electrode Co. Tweaks Claims In Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (March 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Alternative Electrodes LLC filed an amended complaint Thursday in its case against Empi Inc. and Encore Medical LP, which omits a common law conspiracy claim but still accuses the defendants of violating the Sherman Act by taking steps to maintain a monopoly on electrodes for a device that helps people swallow.
