Hedge Fund Reps Took Broker-Dealer Bribes: SEC

Law360, New York (March 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed a lawsuit Thursday alleging that two representatives of a hedge fund ran a complex bribery scheme that saw them receive at least $312,000 in personal services in exchange for directing trades to broker-dealers that provided the payments.
