Deals Rumor Mill: General Electric, L'Oreal, M1

LP, Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC, Warburg Pincus and Onex Corp. According to the report, the second round of bidding is due to begin soon. Reports in late February said GE was gearing up to to sell the unit, which makes electrical distribution products including circuit breakers and switchgear and hats roughly 13,500 employees across more than 60 countries....
