US Energy Sale Of Landfill Gas Stake Approved

Law360, New York (March 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge overseeing the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of U.S. Energy Systems Inc., or USEY, has authorized the energy company to sell its interests in several landfill gas operations in a private sale that the debtors say is more favorable to them than a public auction.
