Cybersquatting Trademark Attacks Hit All-Time High

Law360 (March 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Companies and individuals that hold some of the most prominent trademarks on the Web — including eBay Inc. and Coca-Cola Co. — were the subject of a record number of attacks from so-called cybersquatters in 2008, according to new statistics released by the World Intellectual Property Organization.
