Miami Turns Heat On Insurer Over Police Liability Suits

Law360, New York (March 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The city of Miami on Friday escalated its fight with State National Insurance Co. over certain contract requirements, filing a countersuit that named the insurer as a defendant in connection with underlying wrongful conduct liability lawsuits against city police officers.
