Thai Fruit Pickers Win Class Cert. In FLSA Suit

Law360 (March 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal court has certified a class of 135 Thai farmworkers in a suit that accuses international labor contractor Global Horizons Manpower Inc. and two farms of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act while the workers were in the U.S. on temporary visas.
