ALPA Destroyed Evidence Needed For Suit: TWA Pilots

Law360 (March 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A class of former Trans World Airlines LLC pilots has accused its former union of destroying evidence the pilots say they need to defend themselves against a lawsuit over seniority integration agreements made in the wake of the merger between American Airlines Inc. and TWA.

On Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the pilots moved to sanction the Air Line Pilots Association, accusing it of recklessly destroying evidence.
