Kodak Asks Court To Sanction Attys Over Bid For Fees

Law360 (March 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Kodak Retirement Income Plan is urging sanctions against Kickham Hanley PC, calling the law firm's quest for payment over a benefits dispute “frivolous” and claiming Kickham should shoulder Kodak's fees.

On Friday, the Kodak Retirement Income Plan asked Judge Jonathan W. Feldman of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York to sanction Kickham for waging an unsupported suit and incorporating confidential information in its complaint.
