SC Mayor Lobbies FCC On Infrastructure Push Concerns

Law360, Washington (April 27, 2017, 5:24 PM EDT) -- Columbia, South Carolina's mayor has sat down with Palmetto State native and Democratic Federal Communications Commissioner Mignon Clyburn and an aide to FCC Chairman Ajit Pai to express concerns that the agency’s plan to make way for 5G infrastructure may involve preempting local authority.
