Court Dismisses Criminal Charges V. Lehman Judge

Law360 (March 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Manhattan court on Monday dismissed the charges against the federal bankruptcy judge overseeing the Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. case who was accused of slapped his wife.

Alicia Maxey Greene, the director of the communications for the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, said the case against Judge James Peck of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York was sealed and that no other details were available.
