JPMorgan Wins Injunction V. Morgan & Finnegan

Law360, New York (March 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge on Friday issued an injunction barring defunct intellectual property boutique Morgan & Finnegan LLP from selling or transferring its assets, after a lawsuit by JPMorgan Chase & Co. claimed the firm defaulted on a loan and owed more than $4 million.
