SquareTwo Unsecured Creditors Get More Time To Probe Co.

Law360, New York (May 2, 2017, 10:01 PM EDT) -- SquareTwo Financial Services Corp.'s unsecured creditors were given more time to investigate, test or resolve potential claims against the consumer and commercial debt collector after a New York bankruptcy judge agreed Tuesday to push back confirmation of the debtor's prepackaged reorganization plan by a few weeks.
