Whipstock Settles Drilling Patent Suit V. Key Energy

Law360 (March 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Whipstock Services Inc. has settled an infringement suit it filed against Key Energy Services Inc. over a patent that covers a method for wellbore window milling, and last week filed suits against Schlumberger Ltd. and Smith International Inc. over the same patent.
