Ex-CEO Claims Company Ignored Auditor Warnings
Herbert S. Miller, founder and former chief of the shopping mall developer, has slapped his former company with a lawsuit alleging that Mills cost him millions by ignoring warnings from auditor Ernst & Young.
The suit, filed in Delaware Chancery Court, claims that the company “consciously and intentionally disregarded numerous warnings” about its finances.
