Kirkland & Ellis OK'd To Represent Muzak In Ch. 11

Law360, New York (March 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Kirkland & Ellis LLP has received approval to represent Muzak Holdings LLC in its Chapter 11 case, more than four months after the debt-laden music company first retained the firm.

Judge Kevin J. Carey signed off on the hiring Wednesday, according to documents filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
