Law360, New York (May 5, 2017, 5:58 PM EDT) -- A North Carolina federal judge on Thursday granted conditional certification of a collective class of Branch Banking and Trust Co. call center workers in a suit alleging they weren't paid for the time they worked before their shifts started, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
