Rival Biologics Bill Introduced In House

Law360 (March 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Another bill to create a regulatory process for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to approve generic versions of biologic drugs was introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday that features some stark differences from a competing bill introduced last week.
