EPA Can't Escape Pesticide Honey Bee Suit

Law360, New York (May 9, 2017, 5:42 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency can’t escape a suit brought by beekeepers, honey farmers and environmentalists alleging it failed to adequately regulate pesticides that are annihilating endangered honeybees, a California federal judge said on Monday.
