Patent Co. Fights Garmin's Attys' Fee Bid In Dropped Suit

Law360, San Francisco (May 10, 2017, 1:31 PM EDT) -- A prolific patent litigant that owns two patents for a system of customizing products urged a Texas federal judge Tuesday to reject Garmin International Inc.’s bid for attorneys' fees, arguing that its infringement suit was brought in good faith, even if it was later dropped.
