Pet Buyers Accuse Petland Of Selling Sick Puppies

Law360, New York (March 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A putative class action filed Monday accuses national pet store chain Petland Inc. of misleading customers by selling unhealthy and sick puppies from puppy mills instead of using only reputable breeders as the company claimed.
