Ushering In Renewable Energy, Transmission Projects

Law360 (March 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the "Act") makes substantial and highly beneficial adjustments to the Federal Renewable Energy and Electric Power Transmission Loan Guarantee Program (first established under the Energy Policy Act of 2005) (the "Program").
