Law360, New York (March 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs challenging their dismissal from the multidistrict litigation involving an alleged ring of illegal tissue harvesters met limited success, as a federal judge refused to allow additional pleadings or to amend his decision, but re-admitted certain plaintiffs to the action.
