Shipping Cos. Fight To Get Freight Antitrust MDL Nixed

Law360, New York (March 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of shipping companies facing multidistrict litigation alleging they conspired to eliminate competition in the market for freight services between the U.S., Hawaii and Guam has joined forces in a battle to get the case dismissed.

The companies — Matson Navigation Co.
